The package was packed really well, with plenty of padding and the corners protected. The box did get a little dented, but the item inside was just fine, so no issues at all.

I ordered my usual size, but this was way tighter than I expected. The sleeves were especially odd, kind of snug in the wrong spots and didn’t sit right on my arms. I even double-checked the tag because it felt like the size was off. I debated returning it, but it didn’t feel worth the hassle. Disappointed with the fit overall.

I messaged support twice now and still haven’t heard anything back?? Super frustrating honestly... I get that things can be busy, but a simple reply would’ve been nice!!!

If they’re going to hype it up, they should be clearer about what’s actually included and what the product is really like. I wouldn’t order again unless they update the listing.

I checked out simpleprojectus.com the website just didn’t look great to me. It felt kind of old and thrown together, like some parts were done in a hurry or maybe not fully finished... A few things didn’t line up right, and the spacing felt off in places.
The colors and fonts also didn’t really give me a professional vibe. I’m not saying the actual service is bad, maybe it’s totally fine, but the way the site looks made it harder for me to trust it right away. First impression was just... not the best.

I ordered a small table kit from simpleprojectus.com, and when I opened it up, a few screws and one bracket were missing. The box looked totally fine, so I’m guessing it just wasn’t packed correctly? Seems like that’s probably what happened.

Customer service did get back to me, but it took a couple of days, and now I’m waiting again for the missing hardware to arrive. It’s not a huge disaster or anything, but it’s definitely frustrating when you just want to put the thing together and be done with it
